Please join us for a morning yoga flow & sound bath. Surrounded by nature to welcome the Spring Equinox, this flow will guide you through gentle movements to wake your body and end with a meditative sound bath to restore your mind.

Event Time: 8:30AM-10AM

Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a blanket for the sound bath if you would like. As it is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly. To be respectful to everyone in the class, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to find your spot and get comfortable.

Street parking is ample, but as it is a residential neighborhood, please be mindful of the neighbors and their homes.

The yoga flow & sound bath will be held in the backyard of 25 Windemere Pkwy, Phoenix, Md., 21131. The most direct path will be to the right of the house, but you may also enter from the left side.

The Mini Market will open at 11AM, but the KYN Cafè pop-up will open at 10AM for event attendees to have first dibs on pastries, coffees, and matchas.
